printable Vendor agreement form And instructions

Greetings and thanks for your interest in being a part of this year’s 2025 Hogs & Dogs event as a vendor, below are the instructions for completing the form and payment:

1. For this year we are processing the vendor form “Old School” as it is not a fillable form……. please print, complete, adding signature and date, Non-Profits, please add your tax ID information in the “Name line” next to your name.  
2. Return completed form with a check in the amount of selected vendor type box selected (Event $100.00 or Swap Meet $30.00) made out to :

1. Once received we will email conformation and your space number.
