Vendors must check in to the registration booth to obtain wristbands and receipts.Vendors must set up between 10am-12pm on the day of the event and must stay until at least 4pm.At check in, Vendors will be issued two (2) wristbands per paid space. Vendors are expected to wear the wristbands throughout the event. The Hogs and Dogs Management reserves the right to refuse any request for vendor space for any lawful reason.When unloading or loading your space, please do so quickly then move your vehicle to assigned parking space(s).Vendors must place a tarp or mat under equipment, bikes, or parts that may potentially leak petroleum products or hazardous materials.Vendors may not block or interfere with neighboring vendors.
